SHIPPING POLICY
The Boston Boho is not liable or responsible for lost flowers in the mail. Finished custom pieces are shipped with a tracking number and coverage in case of any shipping errors or losses. A full refund or re-make may be granted if the finished custom piece is lost in the mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns or refunds accepted. If something is damaged or scratched during transit, please reach out. We will arrange to have it shipped back and we will do our best to fix it. The Boston Boho saves any leftover flowers for up to 1 year in case of accidents or unique scenarios.
